Requesting a Vanity Link

To make accessing your online booking portal easier for staff and patients, we are pleased to offer you the option of vanity URLs. To make a request, please complete the fields below and include your existing Ocean booking link(s).

You may request up to three vanity URLs at once. If you need additional URLs, please email our Success team directly. Once you submit your form, a practice consultant will contact you.

Please note: If the online booking link associated with your vanity URL is deleted, it will no longer work. Please contact your practice consultant directly to request changes and ensure there is no disruption to your patients.

Please enter your existing Ocean-generated online booking links. This can be found in the Ocean Portal by going to Menu > Online Booking > Settings > Booking Links. You may request up to three links at a time.

By default, vanity URLs will be formatted like this: https://ocean.tips/[Your Clinic Name]-ob. If you'd like a specific URL slug, please request it below. All vanity URLs will remain as "ocean.tips."
