Recognizing that many patients access their health information on the go, we’ve redesigned the messaging experience from the ground up. The new interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, whether patients are using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Patients can now securely send files directly through Ocean Health Messenger, thanks to our new attachment feature with built-in virus scanning. This opens up possibilities for clinics to receive documents like consent forms or photos relevant to care.

- Dedicated French-language toggle: To better serve our French-speaking patients, a simple toggle allows users to switch the interface to French effortlessly.
- Improved form completion checks: We’ve added an array of checks and flags to help ensure patients complete all necessary forms, reducing follow-up and administrative workload.
